Independent villa for 8 + 4 people.
On the ground floor the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining room; The living area also has a seating area with a fireplace and satellite TV. On this floor there are two bedrooms: the first, a double room is complete with private bathroom without; the second, always a double room is also complete with en-suite bathroom with shower and also has a large living room where you can add two single beds. There is an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
You can access the first floor via the internal staircase, here you will find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Through an internal staircase we reach the last room, a large attic full of double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower.
