From the living room instead there are stairs leading to the basement where there is a study / living area with a shower room and a second room with a large professional kitchen and a dining table. From this second kitchen you can also be accessed directly outside.
The house (130 sqm) is on two levels: direct access to the living area where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and sitting area with fireplace and satellite TV. Beautiful French doors lead out onto a large terrace with garden furniture. From the ground floor you can reach the first two rooms: one with shower double bedroom with en-suite and a double room (if necessary into a double bed) with adjacent bathroom with shower. From the living room a beautiful stone staircase leads to the third bedroom, a suite with a private bathroom with shower.
The villa and the cottage were the subject of an important work of renovation and design in order to create unique environments that combine great Tuscan tradition, with very modern and stylish, giving guests a unique property in every detail, full of character, luxurious and comfortable and unchallenged beauty.
