The Villa consists of 4 apartments furnished in Tuscan farmhouse style and equipped with every comfort.
The Ermengarda apartment (60 square meters - 2 people) is an apartment on the ground floor consists of kitchen, laundry, master bedroom and bathroom.
The Mainardo apartment (60 square meters - 2 people) has two rooms on two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen / dining room with a big table, on the first floor are the master bedroom and bathroom.
The Matilde apartment (60 square meters - 2 + 2 beds) is an apartment on the first floor consists of kitchen / dining room with double sofa bed, laundry room, double bedroom and bathroom.
The Signorello apartment (55 square meters - 2 people) has two rooms on two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen / dining room with a big table for 8 people, on the first floor are the master bedroom and bathroom.
The swimming pool with jacuzzi is flanked by a small annex with two bathrooms, two showers, a dressing room and a small kitchen.

Saltwater infinity pool (16x8 m, depth from 1.20 to 3 m) and gated, whirlpool (1 m depth, ability to be heated at an extra charge), large garden, covered parking, panoramic views, terrace, garden, barbecue, mosquito nets, air conditioning in bedrooms, heating, laundry with washing machine, dvd player, latex mattresses, Internet access, cot, high chair, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, American coffee maker. Allowed (medium and small) extra charge. Possibility to purchase the farm's products (oil and balsamic vinegar). Ability to add an extra bed (for children - extra cost) in each apartment. Possibility of dinners and tastings on the veranda and in the cellar.

N.B. The owners live in part of the villa but ensure total privacy for guests who would still have exclusive use of the big garden and the swimming pool.
