MULINO DELLA VILLA

Beautiful farmhouse, former mill located in the countryside of Val d'Ambra, between the Chianti and Arezzo. The restoration has respected every architectural detail, as well as the use of traditional materials, wood, terracotta and stone. Around, a beautiful garden and a large swimming pool surrounded by sunflower fields.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a large dining area with outputs directly onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Upstairs are five double bedrooms (two of which can accommodate an extra bed) each with a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The large bathroom has a jacuzzi tub.

The temperature inside the house is regulated by a software management that always guarantees a pleasant climatic situation. The heating system is underfloor.
Guests have access to an electric car charging station. Payment on site based on usage.
