VILLETTA MAESTA'

In the heart of Val di Chio, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and a few kilometers from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino we find the Villetta Maestà, a small and ancient stone house dating back to the year 1200, like the beautiful 'Majesty' that you can admire in the grove a few hundred meters of the house. All around the green woods that are part of the farm where it will be lovely to walk on hot summer days.

Independent villa for 4 people.
Ground floor: going down a step leads to the living-dining room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
First floor: with access from an internal staircase in stone and wrought iron there is a large room with terracotta flooring and a ceiling with characteristic wooden beams, divided into two parts by a separé, where there is a double bed on one side and on the other two single beds. Porch with table and chairs to eat outside.
In the large garden in front of the house there is a beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi, the barbecue a gazebo with table and chairs ideal for eating outdoors while admiring the high hills that crown the surrounding landscape.
A few meters from the house passes a scenic secondary road that crosses the hills and connects Castiglion Fiorentino to the city of Cortona and the nearby region of Umbria. The house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and comfortably furnished with quality furniture.
