PODERE DELLA PINETA

Independent villa sleeps 8+1 composed of a main body of about 180 square meters (6 beds in the Leopoldina) and an outbuilding of about 50 square meters (2 beds).
The main building, the Leopoldina, has two entrances directly from the ground floor. The first access will lead you directly to the kitchen, spacious and equipped with everything needed for cooking and complete with a dining table; from the kitchen you can also access the gazebo and the outdoor barbecue. To the left of the kitchen you will find a small living room with a sofa, satellite TV and DVD. On the right hand side of the kitchen you can access a second living room complete with sofas and a fireplace. Also on the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. From the living room you can access, thanks to an internal staircase, to the sleeping area on the first floor. Here you will find a very spacious triple room, composed of a double bed and a single bed (for a children). Continuing we find the second double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The last room is always a double and has a private bathroom with shower.
Opposite the Leopoldina we find the annex, which is spread over one level and consists of a kitchen complete with dining table, fireplace and seating and a double bedroom complete with bathroom with shower.
Outside you will have at your disposal a beautiful equipped gazebo and a comfortable stone barbecue. The pool area is equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and an outdoor solar shower. The swimming pool (4x8 meters, depth 1.20 meters) is completely fenced and protected by an access gate and is perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day.
Podere della Pineta is completely fenced, ideal accommodation for those who like to bring their pet friends on holiday. Parking available within the property. Wi Fi free.
