VILLA ETRUSCA

Villa Etrusca consists of 3 buildings. A building is totally occupied by bedrooms; the second building, in front of the one with rooms, has a basement with the SPA, a ground floor with a common living room and an 18th century fireplace (dining room). The lounge has a mezzanine with a relaxation room, TV and game tables. Adjacent to the living room there is another relaxation room/veranda overlooking the old town of Chiusi. The building is surrounded by a porch, suitable for eating outside in the summer season. From the basement of this building, occupied by the SPA, a wooden tunnel starts that leads to the veranda in front of the outdoor pool. The third building is the main house, where on the second floor there are two bedrooms available on request. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and has a terrace overlooking Lake Chiusi.
The bedrooms, in the first building, are distributed as follows. There is 14 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 6 bedrooms:
- the double bedroom num.14 (18 sqm) with bathroom
- the twin bedroom num. 15 (20 sqm) with bathroom and dressing room
- the twin bedroom num. 16 (22 sqm) with bathroom (a sofa bed can be added to the room);
- the twin bedroom num. 11 (28 sqm) with double bed (or separable into 2 single beds) + 1 single bed with bathroom and spacious dressing room (10 sqm). Room number 11 has a view of the lake. The room num. 11 and num. 16 are communicating.
- the twin bedroom num. 18 (24 sqm) with double bed (or separable into 2 single beds) + 1 single bed with bathroom. The room is suitable for disabled guests and has a view of the lake.
- the twin bedroom num. 12 (26 sqm) with double bed (or separable into 2 single beds) + 1 single bed with bathroom with Jacuzzi and dressing room. The room has a view of the lake.

On the first floor there are 6 other bedrooms, accessible by elevator and external stairs:
- the twin bedroom num. 21 (26 sqm) with double bed (or separable into 2 single beds) + 1 single bed with bathroom;
- the twin bedroom num. 22 with lake view (22 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room (a sofa bed can be added to the room);
- the twin bedroom num. 23 with lake view (20 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room;
- the twin bedroom num. 24 with lake view (20 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room (a sofa bed can be added to the room);
- the twin bedroom num. 25 (22 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room;
- the double bedroom num. 26 (20 sqm) and bathroom.

On the second floor (with a panoramic view) there are two other rooms, these are accessed by an internal staircase from the corridor on the first floor:
- the twin bedroom num. 27 with lake view (22 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room (a sofa bed can be added to the room);
- the double bedroom num. 28 (20 sqm), with bathroom and dressing room.

Available on request only two other rooms with lake view on the first floor of the main house with independent access via an external staircase. This is an apartment consisting of a twin and a double bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.

The bedrooms have eachone mini-bar, 15-inch LCD TV, hairdryer, safe, hot-cold convectors with temperature control, Wi-Fi and courtesy toiletries.

SPA (open from 05/10 to 20/05) with heated indoor pool with whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath, chromotherapy shower, Finnish shower and man / woman changing rooms; massage can be booked on request. Outdoor pool equipped; Wi-Fi throughout the hotel; internal parking; large spaces used as lawn with gazebo; Professional kitchen for restaurant: relaxation room; access to the SPA both externally and internally with a dedicated elevator.
