TENUTA DELLA VALLE

Tenuta della Valle is immersed in the nature of the gentle hills and valleys between the municipalities of Fabro, Città della Pieve and Chiusi in Valdichiana, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. The estate consists of two hamlets, Borgo Granaro and Borgo Belvedere.
The estate covers about 1,000 hectares and is crossed by several farm roads that connect the whole territory in an optimal manner, there are several farmhouses dating back to the sharecropping era, two villages used as country houses, a production area with stables, forage storage and cereals.

Each one is made up of a small cluster of houses and apartments with swimming pools for adults and children, equipped with a playground, a tennis court and a five-a-side football field, barbecue areas, convenient parking lots, laundry and free Wi-Fi: in this way tradition and comfort meet for the well-being of the guests.
Borgo Granaro is surrounded by informal Tuscan gardens, with rosemary, lavender, cypress and olive trees. It has 6 apartments with independent entrances and 2 villas, for a total of 40 beds. It enjoys a private pool from which you can admire a breathtaking landscape.
Borgo Belvedere, where the reception with a small multilingual library is located, the church, the tennis court and the swimming pools for adults and children, is composed of 14 apartments or villas surrounded by greenery, for a total of 78 beds.

The restaurant of the structure has been created inside the ancient stable of the rural village, recently restored. Surrounded by greenery, it has the typical "flavor" of the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside. It consists of a large interior room, full of charm, and a covered outdoor porch.

The agricultural company: the approximately 340 hectares of lowland and lowland hills are cultivated according to the age-old criteria of agricultural rotations and guarantee all the forage, corn and barley for the breeding of cattle, horses and sheep: alfalfa, silage of sorghum and triticale corn, wheat and sunflower.
It is therefore possible to buy the various products of the company: honey and meat in the first place. Inside the estate there are seasonal plants and flowers that are a continuous and natural food for the bees. Bred with traditional natural methods and nourished in a genuine way with the products of the earth, the bees of the estate donate one of the highest quality products that the company can boast. The Agricultural Company raises more than 200 calf cow line heads that in the summer spring months enjoy the 350 hectares of meadows and pastures.

Tenuta della Valle with its 1000 hectares of land and its rooms distributed in the various villages becomes an excellent location for receptions. The rooms available are: Sala del Cantinone, Sala dei Botti and the Foresteria.

Thanks to the 8 charming rooms of the Villa and the 20 apartments of our villages, guests can enjoy a peaceful escape after the party.
