At the heart of the project of Borgo San Giovanni is the beauty, authenticity and values of a family in love with this land. The antiquity of the village, which conceals a history of over 8 centuries, blends with the most modern comforts, to offer its guests a 5-star experience. A perfect combination of tradition and charm. There is also a special attention and respect for nature: the concept of eco-sustainability as a basic philosophy.

The brand new structure of San Giovanni includes 15 suites with a refined and welcoming taste, a restaurant for 80 seats, an event lounge, lounge bar, pool bar, swimming pool and spa (opening soon). Available for events for exclusive use, weddings or for individual accommodation.

The restaurant offers regional dishes focusing on the products of the estate or local producers

All around the village extends in fact the farm, the beating heart of the estate with cultivation of olive trees, fruit trees, vines, saffron and organic gardens, but also production of honey, Chianina farms, goats, chickens...

You can organize tastings of the farm’s productions, farming experiences, but also walks and excursions on foot and horseback within the vast estate. Nordic walking, biking and running are also available. Sports fields equipped for tennis and football.

The village offers different categories of rooms, for a total number of 15 suites and 36 beds:

4 Superior (ca 35 sqm): Four elegant and comfortable solutions, four secret ingredients. Each one different from each other, will succeed in winning you over with that detail that makes it special (a room with fireplace and living room, one with patio and view, one with Turkish bath)

4 Deluxe Garden (ca 40 sqm): all on the ground floor, very spacious, equipped with elegant living rooms and a private outdoor area (garden, patio or gazebo), ideal for a breakfast with a view or a relaxing after dinner with cocktails in hand.

3 Junior Suites (ca 80 sqm): The most spacious of the entire hotel (over 80 sqm), are the only ones that include two bedrooms. Perfect for accommodating two couples of friends who find themselves in the elegant common room.

3 Suites (ca 30 sqm): Furnished with precious materials and furnishings of particular value, they are completely different from each other: they have Jacuzzi or free standing

1 Presidential Suite (ca 85 sqm): Inside the 12th century Abbey, in the most panoramic point of the estate, 85 sqm of Suite with private Spa and cinema wall. Private garden of 100 sqm, gazebo with unparalleled views.
