The Villa is located within a large estate of about 650 hectares, 10 km from the sea.
Since the early 90s the property has carried out an extensive restoration project which began with the renovation of 11 houses that once were the houses of the farmers who cultivated the company land.

Villa Volta is in a quiet location and which dominates with its 360 degree views, it has its own heated swimming pool that measures 12 x 6 m, depth 145 cm, an equipped solarium and stone BBQ. The house is on two floors and measures approximately 600 square meters in total , it offers the possibility of accommodation for 16 people in two apartments connected by an internal staircase with the possibility of five extra beds for the total capacity of 21 people.

On the ground floor of Villa Volta, which is approximately about 300 square meters there is a large living room with TV area, dining area and kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. The kitchen and living spaces on the ground floor are suitable for a group of 16 people. The outdoor area of the ground floor faces east and has two large tables of equal size, chairs and umbrellas. A hallway leads to a staircase that gives access to the first floor. The first floor is about 290 squares meters. It has a kitchen, dining area, living room and 4 rooms with bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. The first floor has a panoramic terrace facing south and a flight of stairs from where you have direct access to the garden. The rooftop terrace is equipped with BBQ, hammock, umbrella, table and chairs.
