VILLA VENERE

Villa Venere, a new gem of Nerano, offers a spacious 300m² layout and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Its design is truly unique.

From the street level, a series of stairways lead you to the glass-paneled walkway, which takes you to the entrance on the first floor, and to the lower-level outdoor area. The steps are crafted from original mass stone, while the entrance and external areas feature resin finishes. The outdoor space, enclosed on two levels, is well-lit and adorned with various plants, featuring a sinuous swimming pool with sun loungers and a wood-fired stone pizza oven with a grill. There are also two Vietri tables, each measuring 1.80x1.80m.
From the first-floor entrance, you enter the living area, an open space with a large, well-equipped modern corner kitchen, windows, a dining table for 12, and a small sofa with a coffee table. The surrounding balcony is furnished, with a door providing direct access to the external staircase.
An internal marble staircase leads to the lower floor, which has an independent entrance. Here, you’ll find a lounge with an L-shaped sofa, a cabinet with a TV, and a mini-kitchen. A French door opens to a furnished balcony that leads down to the outdoor area.
The 170m² panoramic terrace offers stunning sea views, enhanced by glass railings, and includes a small table, sofa, modern Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a large covered fitness area equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and gym bench.
All areas are also accessible via the external staircase.
In total, there are three en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor and three en-suite bedrooms on the lower floor.
