VILLA SCOGLIERA

Located 3 km from Sorrento, with enviable views of the coast from various terraces, Villa Scogliera is in an ideal position to explore the Amalfi Coast and enjoy the beaches, charming villages, and the breathtaking land and sea landscapes that have made the region a favorite destination for tourists.

The over 900 square meters of space offer everyone the chance to find their own corner of paradise, relaxing on the furnished terraces, the lawn, or in one of the two pools (one heated, upon request), measuring approximately 7 m x 4 m and 1.10 m deep. The villa, developed over four levels connected by an internal elevator, was built in 1962 and completely renovated in 2020. The panoramic terraces, equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs, sunbeds, and swings, are perfect for dining or relaxing. They also feature speakers where you can listen to your own music by connecting your device through YouTube or Spotify, thanks to the Wi-Fi connection available in the villa. The English-style lawn with sea views is equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing.

The interiors are spacious and inviting. The bright and cozy living room, furnished with comfortable armchairs, chairs, and tables, is perfect for relaxation, while the shared bathroom is practical and well-appointed. The beautiful modern, professional kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed. The villa also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and all necessary items for laundry.

The entire villa is air-conditioned. Villa Scogliera has 12 bedrooms, most with sea views, others overlooking the peaceful private garden, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 31 people, with 3 single sofa beds and 2 double sofa beds available in some rooms.
