The estate is a true oasis of peace, silence and tranquility, with a unique beauty: in the wood, serene stone and iron of the Villas and Houses one can rediscover the ancient flavor of the resort's origins, carefully restored respecting the original Tuscan architectural style. The 50-hectare Fattoria consists of 7 exclusive villas and 18 self-catering suites (independent houses) spread across the vast property. The five panoramic swimming pools, sports fields, fitness activities and art trails, will make you experience a totally relaxing stay in the magical and unforgettable Tuscan landscape. Residenza Fraschino (max 16 people - 8 rooms) is a complex of houses (Casa Fraschino 3+3, Casa Rosmarino 2+2, Casa Ginestra 2+2 and Suite Salvia1+1) designed to make your stay unique and exclusive, completely independent to ensure your privacy, equipped with private pool. In total there are 8 double rooms each with bathroom.
This delightful complex of three houses is designed to ensure guests total privacy and relaxation. We recommend it to groups who want the luxury of a private pool and the independence of living arrangements.
Nestled in the green hills of the Casentino countryside, isolated from the rest of the town and surrounded by a large park reserved only for its guests. This complex of houses includes the three farmhouses Fraschino, Rosmarino and Ginestra, completely renovated recreate the atmosphere of a small rural center, where you can share with a small group of friends or relatives a unique vacation.

La Torre dei Sogni (2 people) gives you the opportunity to combine nature and beauty, allowing you to totally relax among the magnificent hills of Casentino. This dwelling carries with it the story of Pinocchio written by Carlo Collodi. Letting yourself be carried away by the atmosphere created inside you can retrace the magical adventures of the puppet. Outside you will have the opportunity to enjoy the view from the private pool the villa has for total privacy and relaxation.
The property has a kitchen area on the ground floor, a living/relaxation area with bathroom on the second floor, and a master bedroom with private bathroom on the second floor.

Villa Chimera (max 6 people - 3 rooms) is a newly designed, completely ecological house, has a private, independent swimming pool, which gives a panoramic view of Poppi Castle and offers total intimacy, prestige and the possibility to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside and the surrounding landscape immersed in a dream. It accommodates 6 people in three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The living area is divided into bright living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with dining area.

Borgo Aiolo consists of Villa Aiolo (max 6 persons - 3 rooms), Villa Orzo (max 4 persons - 2 rooms), Casa Grano (max 6 persons - 3 rooms), Casa Vite (max 4 persons - 2 rooms), Casa Avena (max 6 persons - 3 rooms), Casa Olivo (max 10 persons - 5 rooms).
Aiolo is a Villa completely surrounded by nature in harmony with the surrounding area. On two floors, cozy and furnished in typical Tuscan style: on the ground floor a spacious living room with wood-burning fireplace with sofas, and a bright kitchen with dining area and kitchenette. It overlooks the covered loggia, suitable for outdoor dining. On the second floor are the three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Villa Orzo is a two-story house has a lovely terrace overlooking the Fattorie park. The courtyard is covered and equipped for outdoor dining. On the second floor is the living room with kitchenette and dining area, the characteristic wood-burning fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor a double bedroom and a bathroom. Each room has fine finishes that make it a high-end accommodation.
Casa Grano, on the second floor there is a bright living room, with a kitchenette, a dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, sofas, covered terrace very useful for grilling with friends, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the second floor is a master bedroom and a bathroom. The entire house offers fine finishes that make it a high-level accommodation.
Casa Vite has a lovely living room with Tuscan country-style fireplace, kitchenette, dining area, two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the furnishings feature fine finishes. Outside, the large terrace is equipped for outdoor dining and enjoying sunny days in the privacy of your own home.
Casa Avena has a large living room that welcomes guests, a bright kitchenette with dining area. The sleeping area consists of three spacious double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside, the large panoramic loggia is equipped with tables and chairs and barbecue area to enjoy the pleasure of the open air and the green Casentino nature.
Casa Olivo accommodates up to ten people. It is developed on the first and second floors of an old Tuscan farmhouse. On the second floor large and comfortable spaces, a living room with stone fireplace and dining room, kitchenette and a second bright living room, a double bedroom with bathroom. On the second floor are the four double bedrooms each with private bathroom. A characteristic loggia offers the possibility of outdoor dining.
