The 30-hectare estate is made up of 4 exclusive villas and 16 self-catering suites (independent houses), to meet the needs of each guest.
The two panoramic swimming pools, the spa area, the large lake with solarium, the sports fields, the fitness activities and the artistic paths will offer you a unique holiday, in harmony with nature, at the foot of the Casentino Forest National Park. On request it is possible to make customized packages.

Casa Capriolo (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms) is a large, welcoming and familiar apartment with a spacious living room, Tuscan-style fireplace, two completely renovated romantic double bedrooms each with private bathroom. An equipped kitchen and dining area. Possibility of sofa bed for two people in the living room. Outside a garden surrounded by greenery, offers a panorama of the valley. A charming terrace for outdoor dining. Going down to the garden there is a private area for outdoor dining.
Casa Cervo (max 8 people - 4 bedrooms) is the largest house on the estate with its 4 double bedrooms on the first floor, completely renovated, three of which with en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor the new and fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden, a large dining area characterized by refined frescoes that bring back to the traditions of peasant life, an elegant and familiar living room with stone fireplace, comfortable sofas and a service bathroom. On the panoramic porch of the house there is the possibility to eat outside and enjoy a unique view of the valley.
Boar House (max 2 people - 1 room) is a two-story solution. On the ground floor there is a bright kitchen with a dining area whose glass window overlooks the garden with a private area, equipped for barbecues and outdoor dining. The living room offers a relaxing corner with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a sofa which can be transformed into a bed for two if necessary. From here an artistic wrought iron spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the romantic double bedroom with balcony and bathroom are located.
Casa Fagiano (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms) has been made even more elegant by the new restyling. On the first floor it has a bright living room with Tuscan-style fireplace, a nice kitchen with dining area. On the second floor there are two romantic double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Possibility of sofa bed for two people in the living room. The terrace overlooks the Poppi Castle and offers a unique panorama.
Casa Lepre (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms) is a nice apartment on the ground floor: the living room overlooks the characteristic stone porch, has a wood-burning fireplace, kitchenette and dining area. There are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The intimate and refined atmosphere with simple comfort that goes well with the Tuscan tradition.
Villa Casa al Lago (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms) is a villa with a breathtaking view of the Borgo lake and the Poppi castle, the symbol of the Casentino. Arranged on a large private terrace facing the lake equipped with barbecue tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Inside environments of intense prestige such as the finely furnished living room, the wood-burning fireplace, the kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs the second romantic double bedroom each with private bathroom.
Villa Lupo e Volpe (max 8 people - 4 bedrooms) has two living rooms featuring a stone fireplace and two new modern-style kitchens with a dining area. The four double bedrooms have private bathrooms with characteristic frescoes. The outdoor spaces are equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, overlooking the splendid panorama of the valley. It lends itself to welcome families and friends. The villa is made up of Casa Lupo and Casa Volpe.
Villa Beppe and Gina (max 10 people - 5 bedrooms), luxury villa next to the swimming pool, is embellished with a beautiful porch and a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley and the Poppi castle, both equipped with table and chairs for dining at the open. Each of the five bedrooms has its own personal bathroom. The villa is made up of Casa Gina and Casa Beppe.
Villa Poltri (max 16 people - 6 rooms) is located 350 meters from the Borgo, in a panoramic position and close to the lake. It offers the possibility of welcoming a large family with large and bright living areas and large spaces for cooking and eating all together: a total of 6 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom and the possibility of two sofa beds in the living rooms. The villa is made up of Casa Poltri Giù and Casa Poltri Su.
Once a school in the Borgo, Villa Scuola (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms) welcomes guests upon arrival: it is located right in the heart of the estate, opposite the reception and in the reception area. The gaze ranges between the lounge, the lemon house and the works of art that embellish the garden. And frescoes by important contemporary artists embellish the interior and exterior. In total two bedrooms, each with bathroom and living spaces to experience this suggestive nest romantically. The Villa is composed of Casa Scuola Up and Casa Scuola Down.
Villa Fattoria e Loggia is the manor house of the village, near the beautiful party room; two elegant apartments with private wood-burning oven to pamper yourself in front of the heat of the embers.
Casa Fattoria (max 6 people - 3 bedrooms), in the center of the Borgo, is the typical master Leopoldina where you can still breathe the typically Tuscan rustic soul. The house is accessed from a poetic porch where the perfectly functioning old wood-burning oven is located. The cozy and warm living room with the stone fireplace welcomes you. Three romantic double bedrooms with attention to detail, one with private bathroom. A second bathroom is located in the common area. On the upper floor a characteristic attic offers the possibility of two further single beds.
Casa Loggia (max 4 people - 2 bedrooms), on two floors, overlooks the terrace of the Salone delle Feste. On the ground floor there is the living room with terracotta flooring, the exposed beams typical of the Tuscan identity, kitchenette and dining area. On the first floor the two double bedrooms each with private bathroom, romantically furnished.
