For more than 25 years in Italy, the Movimento Turismo del Vino has set up Cantine Aperte (Open Cellars) with visits to the vineyard, winery and tastings. This interesting wine tourism event has made it possible to understand the great interest of attentive and curious consumers, as well as the many tourists, in the production cycles of wine, from vinification to refinement, and the possibility of meeting producers directly in their world.
This undoubtedly allows for an emotionally strong sharing and an important learning experience.
