Terms and conditions

Deposit for each property € 1000.00
• A refundable deposit of € 1000 is payable on each property against breakages and outstanding payments
• Ilcheck-in is at 16:00 on Saturdays and check-out at 10:00 on Saturdays.
• Only the persons indicated in the booking form can occupy the property and only the maximum number of beds. The customer agrees to use the property and its surroundings in a responsible manner and with due consideration for the peace and privacy of the other in the village.
 • Children are welcome, but the client agrees to assume responsibility for their safety. We wish to contact us for special arrangements regarding their needs, such as cots / high chairs etc.
 • The customer agrees to take all reasonable care of the property and its equipment, paintings, accessories and effects inside or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and in the same clean condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
• The customer is responsible for any breakages and agrees to reimburse us for any replacement, repair or any reasonable cleaning costs. This will normally be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
• The reservation can be canceled if the property becomes unavailable outside of our reasonable control, including without limitation: flooding; fire; significant damage to property, provision of utility services to property. We will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, which will act as our responsibility towards the customer.
 • Animals are not allowed
CHARGES
• Gas, electricity and water are included in the rent.
• If pool heating is required, it will be measured and recharged accordingly.
• Ognicasa has a telephone for incoming calls.
• Included in the rental is a 6-day cleaning service (1 maid for 3 hours or 2 maids for 1 hour and a half). There is no didomenica cleaning service. Extra cleaning service is available for € 12 per hour. Less cleaning service is required in the apartments.
• Bed sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. An extra change of sheets and towels is available as follows: extra bed linen change is € 20 per bedroom Change of towels is € 10 per bathroom.

RISTORANTECASTELLO DI FIGHINE
In the village there is a restaurant with a Michelin star of the highest quality, the Ristorante Castello di Fighine, run by Heinz Beck, the internationally acclaimed chef and the only chef with three Michelin stars in Italy. The restaurant is open for Easter in November. It is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday. Closed on Mondays There is a party room for up to 14 guests.

EPARTI PRIVATE WEDDINGS
Fighine is a wonderful place for private parties and weddings. Oltreal restaurant there is a small charming church, a theater that can accommodate 160, and accommodation for 34. Further accommodations are located in San Casciano dei Bagni, 5 km from Fighine.
