Terms and conditions

Deposit foreach property € 1000,00
• a €1000 refundable deposit is payable on each property against breakages andoutstanding bills
• Check-in is 4pm on Saturdays and check-out is 10am on Saturdays.
• Only the people named on the booking form may occupy the property and only tothe maximum number of beds.  The clientagrees to use the property and its environs responsibly and with dueconsideration for the peace and privacy of others in the borgo.
 • Children are welcome, but the clientagrees to accept responsibility for their safety. Please contact us for specialarrangements regarding their needs, i.e. cots/high chairs etc.
 • The client agrees to take allreasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures,fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state ofrepair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental periodas at the beginning.
• The client is responsible for any breakages and agrees to reimburse us ondemand for replacement, repair or any reasonable extra cleaning costs. Thiswill normally be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
• The reservation may be cancelled if the property becomes unavailable forreasons beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: flooding;fire; significant damage to the property; or failure of utility services to theproperty. In such circumstances we will refund the client any sums paid, whichact will discharge our liability to the client.
 • Pets are not allowed

CHARGES
• Gas,electricity and water are included in the rent.
• If pool heating is requested this will be metered and charged foraccordingly.
• Each house has a telephone for incoming calls.
• Included in the rental is 6 days’ maid service (either 1 maid for 3 hours or2 maids for 1½ hours).  There is no maidservice on a Sunday.  Extra maid serviceis available at the rate of €12 per hour. Less maid service is required in theapartments.
• Sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week.   An extra change of linen and towels isavailable as follows: Additional sheet change is €20 per bedroom | Additionaltowel change is €10 per bathroom.

RESTAURANT CASTELLO DI FIGHINE
There is anexceptionally high quality Michelin star restaurant in the village, theRistorante Castello di Fighine, which is managed by Heinz Beck, theinternationally acclaimed and the only three Michelin star chef in Italy.  Therestaurant is open from Easter to November.  It is open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday and for dinner fromTuesday to Sunday.   It is closed onMonday.    There is a private room forparties of up to 14 guests.

WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES
Fighine isa wonderful venue for private parties and weddings.  In addition to the restaurant there is acharming little church, a theatre which can seat 160, and accommodation for34.   Additional accommodation can befound in San Casciano dei Bagni, 5kms from Fighine.
