Bosco della Spina is comprised of ancient buildings, leaning on each other and laying on different levels:
the upper floors are reserved for the 14 apartments of the guests;
just below lie the 4 private terraces, reception and restaurant;
a bit lower rest gardens, the cloister with fountain and well, and the pool;
at the bottom level, conveniently hidden from view, the large parking lots that allow for numerous vehicles.

The apartments of Bosco della Spina, restored from the premises of the village farm, have different and peculiar layouts. Barbara and Giulio, owners and architects, made sure that every living room has large windows that frame the spectacular landscape of the Crete Senesi; while each bedroom is facing the small Tuscan village, quaint and very quiet. The entrances to the apartments are located along the road of the village of Lupompesi; guests will be immersed in the charming atmosphere of the ancient streets of the village every time they want to reach, in a few steps, the restaurant, the gardens and the pool. The 14 lodgings are divided in apartment types distinguished by the presence of staircase or private terrace. One of the apartments on the ground floor is equipped to accommodate disabled people or persons with limited mobility.

The restaurant offers traditional dishes prepared according to old family recipes. A selection of over 180 wine labels provide a wide choice for those wishing not to enjoy the excellent red wine from Tuscany produced in the nearby vineyards of the farm. The restaurant is perfect for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays (with over 120 seats inside and 120 outside), but also for an intimate dinner.
