A charming farmhouse dating back to the fourteenth century with an adjoining church that was once the parish of the estate and takes its name from the bishop of Spoleto, San Savino, to whom the church was dedicated.
Surely one of the oldest villas on the estate retains some of the original features such as its imposing ancient stone walls and terracotta floors. The history, the sense of congregation and peace that have always characterized this building, can still be clearly perceived today inside the villa and in the elegant garden with terrace overlooking a breathtaking view.
