VILLA ROVERELLA

Villa Roverella is located just 5 km from Perugia, surrounded by the verdant Umbrian countryside. Here, the sounds of nature mark the days, while olive trees and vines alternate along the valley, the sun kisses the hills, and the wind caresses the leaves.
It is an exclusive place to enjoy a charming stay, suspended in time thanks to the beauty of the landscape and the view that surprises the eye, the quiet and silence of the pergolas, the scents of flowers, and the warm, direct sunlight.
The building has been restored with the aim of enhancing the structure and original elements as much as possible. A swimming pool has been created where vegetable gardens once were, and in 2011, the former tenant farmer houses, along with the underlying agricultural warehouses, were renovated to create an elegant and relaxing Relais. It comprises four suites and one deluxe room, where history and charm blend seamlessly in the context of a genuine agricultural landscape.
The former lemon house has been converted into a breakfast room for winter days, and the old stable is now a relaxation room available to guests who want to spend time, for example, browsing the books in our library.
The suites have all been renovated with top-quality materials, and every corner has been carefully and meticulously finished.
The pool, with its solarium and panoramic view of the Umbrian hills, is the ideal setting for relaxation, allowing oneself to be lulled by the surrounding peace and tranquility: time will seem to stand still.

Suite 1 is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, and has a shared terrace. It can accommodate 2 people with a comfortable Queen Size double bed and can also accommodate a third person on the large sofa bed in the living area.
Suite 2 is located on the first floor, accessible via an independent external staircase, and has a large private terrace. It can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable Queen Size double bed.
Suite 3 is located on the first floor, accessible via an independent external staircase, and has a small private balcony. It can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable Queen Size double bed and can also accommodate a third person on the one-and-a-half-sized sofa bed in the living area.
Suite 4 is located on the ground floor and is enclosed by a gate door before the entrance. It can accommodate 2 people with a comfortable King Size double bed and can also accommodate a third person on the single sofa bed in the living area.
The deluxe room is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, and has a shared terrace. It can accommodate 2 people in two different ways : the spacious single beds can also be joined to form a very comfortable King Size double bed.

Note: The pool is enclosed with hedges and green plants, a fence, and a net.
Two e-bikes are available at the villa for an extra cost.
The owners live in the same structure but have a separate entrance. They do not use any space reserved for guests, who have exclusive use of the villa.
