VILLA RAFFAELLA

Charming villa surrounded by greenery at about 10 km from Orvieto, reachable along about 4 km of well maintained dirt road, is placed on the top of a small hill and enjoys a view over the Umbrian valleys and its villages. Surrounded by about two hectares of land with a beautiful flower garden and tall trees, it allows its guests to spend a relaxing holiday.
Its geographical position allows you to easily reach the beauties of Umbria and Tuscany, such as Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Cortona, Lake Bolsena and the Val D'Orcia.
A patio covered by plants and furnished with table chairs, offers the possibility of having dinners outdoors. The outdoor area is completed by a swimming pool (shared)* with Roman staircase for the exclusive use of guests furnished with umbrellas and deck chairs.

Independent villa with 12 beds.

On the ground floor there are 3 living rooms, the main living room in the center of the structure with fireplace and access to the garden, a second large living room and the third in which there is a fireplace with internal seating; bathroom, kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and dining room. The floor is completed by a bedroom with adjacent bathroom and laundry area.

Through the main staircase located in the large living room leads to a relaxation area with sofa, there is a second staircase in the other living room that gives access to the sleeping area. On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms, 4 with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with adjacent bathroom.

*Pool notes: the pool is shared with guests of the other villa property located next to the main villa.
