VILLA MIMOSA

Villa Mimosa is a large villa particularly suited for families, featuring a magical swimming pool (5 x 8 x 1.5) where you can relax in the sun; a covered area with ping-pong and foosball tables for more active moments; a playground area for children; a wood-fired pizza oven and a gas barbecue for the food enthusiasts; a picnic area with two large tables and benches under a grand chestnut tree, and a cellar available for private tastings.

The villa consists of an elegant dining room with large windows, a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one bedroom with bunk beds, each with a private bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a beautiful piano, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a balcony, and a terrace.
On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms, three bathrooms including one with a bathtub, and a terrace.
Each bedroom has been uniquely designed and furnished to complement the exclusive tones and character of the outdoor spaces.

All bedrooms have individually adjustable air conditioning. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also available. In the annex, there is a games room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

Villa Mimosa is located just 2 km from the village of Monteu Roero, less than 20 kilometers from the towns of Alba and Bra, and 50 kilometers from Turin. Near the property, there are two high-quality typical restaurants within walking distance and many trekking and cycling trails.
