Located on the Elba island, 3.3 km from Rio Marina, and set 250 m above sea level, this charming and independent villa offers a splendid panoramic and exclusive view of the Ortano bay.

The space is born from from an important architectural and landscape project, which result is the perfect union between nature and architecture: placing the house in the environmental and landscape context, immersing it in nature, finding the perfect combination of design and nature.

TheVilla consists of a main building with panoramic terrace and two annexes and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
You can enjoy an outdoor dining area under one of the many shaded patios or relax on the sun loungers by the pool. Besides the swimming pool (11x3m) there is a barbecue and a bowling green. Then.. secular trees, nature, landscape and vegetable garden.

The property offers free wi-fi and air conditioning. All rooms enjoy exciting views.

Important to know: The villa can be reached via a dirt road that can be traveled by SUV or tall car. If necessary, the property offers a “historic” Land Rover Defender (9 places), to drive the dirt road to the villa.
The property is a 10 min drive from the port of Rio Marina, from where ferries leave for Piombino and Pianosa, and 14km from Porto Azzurro.

The Villa
With breathtaking views, the main Villa consists of 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite, a big livingroom with kitchen, fireplace and a perfect loggia for dining outdoors with a sea view.

Annex 1
A studio apartment with double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchenette for breakfast and a terrace with sea and mountain views.

Annex 2
The second annex has a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchnette and a sea view.
