VILLA DOMITILLA

Independent villa with 14 beds.
On the first floor, we find a magnificent living room with a large fireplace, two elegant sitting rooms (one of which has an office), a dining room with a large table suitable for 14 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with a grand piano, a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV, the magnificent master bedroom with a bathroom, a large and elegant twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a double room with canopy beds. The latter two rooms share a bathroom.
On the third level (the tower), we have a cozy sitting room, a double room (but the beds can be combined to create a double bed) with an incredible view of the valley, and a bathroom.
All bedrooms have ample space and wardrobes.
In the basement or ground floor, we find the cellars, a gym with a sauna, and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, and iron). The villa also has two safety deposit boxes.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms of the villa.

Guests at Villa Domitilla can also enjoy the splendid private park and the swimming pool, thanks to the presence of a terracotta patio in front of the villa, featuring two loggias where you can eat or relax in the shade. A huge fig tree provides shade and coolness even during the hottest months. Additionally, there is a large grassy area with a large oak tree providing shade, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a relaxing aperitif at sunset.
