A historic home dating back to 1889, Villa dei Parchi preserves intact the charm of an ancient country residence. Immersed in the greenery of an estate of about 20 hectares and nestled between the ancient Via Cassia and the Via Francigena, a short distance from the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), the Villa welcomes you with its park full of century-old cedars and long avenues of pine and cypress trees, typical essences of the gardens of the time.

The villa has been entirely renovated and furnished with period furniture, preserving original elements, from the beautiful terracotta floors to the ceilings with exposed wooden beams, which create an intimate and comfortable atmosphere.

On the basement floor is a large 140-square-meter apartment dedicated to leisure, with sitting rooms, cinema room, ping-pong tables, gymnasium, 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 beds, and direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
A few steps separate it from the first floor where there is an entrance hall, a study, a comfortable living room, a large dining room and a large equipped kitchen, both connected with direct access to the garden, a service bathroom.
Second floor: four bedrooms, one double and three twin or double rooms with “king-size” beds, have en suite bathrooms, one with bathtub and the others with shower. Three single beds are available for younger children in the two pass-through rooms.

The swimming pool, easily accessed by an elegant Roman-style staircase, has a large solarium also equipped with a solar-powered shower, surrounded by English lawns and completely fenced off for the protection of the little ones.
