VILLA CREMA

Villa Crema is located in the foothills of Buggiano, a small village nestled in a hilly historic center, and only a thirty-minute drive from Florence and twenty from Lucca.
The villa was completely renovated in 2021. Villa Crema includes olive trees and a wine cellar within the property.
Villa Crema consists of two buildings, the main villa and its annex, can accommodate up to 12 people plus 2 children*, and has an additional staff quarters (including sleeping space for in-house staff). The main villa and annexes are divided into two floors: the ground floor with living room and kitchen, plus two double rooms, and the second floor dedicated to rooms with bathrooms. Access to the villa, as well as to the pool premises, is possible for people with reduced mobility.
The villa has 6 double bedrooms, two of which are master suites of more than 25 square meters: all rooms have private bathrooms. Underfloor heating and individual air conditioning in every single room, including bathrooms, and furnishings complete with TVs and high-tech sound systems, reveal a restored villa that has brought ancient Tuscan design into the modern era for the full comfort of our guests.
The pool has a maximum height of 1.40 meters and has stairs and slide for access, as well as an indoor whirlpool area. The Pool area offers a 6-seater hot tub with a wooden ladder. There is also a 6-seater hot tub overlooking the vineyard with direct access from a ground-floor room. Completing the pool area are 5 umbrellas, more than 20 chaise lounges and pool chairs with small tables, huge outdoor cushions, and a shower. By the pool guests can enjoy a full kitchen with refrigerator and storage space, an induction cooking area, and a dining table. Next to the villa is an outdoor "pergola" dining area with a new gas barbecue and wooden table and chairs for all to enjoy, next to the wine cellar and overlooking the hills around the villa. The garden around the villa gives children and young people the opportunity to play or just walk around.
