VILLA CILENTO

Amazing villa overlooking the sea of the Golfo di Policastro, in the Cilento National Park, 1.3 kilometers from Scario, the seaside village of the Cilento Coast. The Villa is on three levels, where just outside are connected; It has a beautiful pool with rounded lines overlooking the sea; The garden and adjacent areas are terraced and well-kept with centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean essences.
The building is made with high quality materials and sophisticated finishes: The main entrance is on the ground floor where there is a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, small fridge, four bedrooms Bed (including a double with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a double with an en suite shower room, one with single bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, one with single bed and mezzanine with twin beds), study, a bathroom with shower.
The 'Patronale' room has an ample access to the sea-view terrace and large bathroom with Jacuzzi. Around there are lots of equipped green spaces, porch and large terraces. On the east side of the property there is the laundry room and a large space with ping pong table. The first floor is structured with a living room with two single beds and a kitchen with oven, freezer and fridge, double bedroom, mosaic bathroom and a jacuzzi.
Outside there are two terraces equipped with an amazing sea views. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchenette for everyday necessities (not for events). From the villa you can quickly reach the sandy beach at a few hundred meters, equipped with kiosk-bar and restaurant-pizzeria. The village of Scario pledge all the essential services: supermarket, restaurants, bars, post offices. From the harbor of Scario you can access by the sea to many of the beautiful coves that characterize the coast to the north to Marina di Camerota. The location of the hotel is very good for visiting the Cilento National Park and many other nearby natural, cultural and archaeological sites.
We can mention the main ones: the Certosa di Padula, in the Vallo di Diano, about 47 Km (about 50 minutes by car); The archaeological excavations of Paestum with its magnificent temples at 80 Km (about 1.20 hours by car), the archaeological excavations of Velia, the Cilentan coast at 45 Km (about 1.00 hours by car), Maratea and the Statue of Christ the Redeemer 30 Km (about 40 minutes by car).

Notes. In the annexe underneath the pool there is a caretaker at disposal to guests for any need, exclusive use of the pool and garden is guaranteed.
Guests can consider the ground floor kitchen as main kitchen and common room.
