The property consists of the main villa, which accommodates up to 14 guests, and the Limonaia, a charming annex that can host 2+2 people.
The main villa, with a surface area of 800 square meters, offers generous and well-distributed spaces over two floors, featuring 7 spacious bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (including a service bathroom). Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.
The Limonaia, cozy and functional, includes a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, and a bathroom. This annex provides everything needed for a comfortable and independent stay, while remaining an integral part of the villa's charm.

The heart of the property is the magnificent Italian-style garden, with an elegant shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The pool, finished with fine materials and surrounded by a lush English-style lawn, offers an ideal space for relaxation; it also features a changing room with a shower for added convenience. A gardener takes care of the green spaces, keeping the garden always lush and well-maintained.
