Villa Andreana is an independent villa immersed in the Tuscan countryside, between the provinces of Florence and Siena, part of a 600-hectare agricultural estate in the Chianti Classico area, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors, and rustic Tuscan furniture, the villa is the result of a careful renovation that has preserved the materials and ancient structures intact, such as the stable on the ground floor with the manger, which now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people, and the characteristic, still-working fireplace at the entrance, overlooking the lawn.
Adjacent to the main entrance on the ground floor and accessible from the garden, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, kitchen, meeting room, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, accessible via a large stone staircase, there is a spacious living room with an adjoining dining room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a shower, one double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, and one bedroom with single beds and an adjacent bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, accessible via a wooden staircase, there is a large study that can be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a barbecue area and is equipped with a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, 1.40 meters deep) with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Parking is adjacent to the property.
In recent years, with the aim of ecological innovation, the villa has been equipped with heating via an ecological pellet boiler and an air conditioning system. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
