The Villa (255 sqm) can accommodate up to 10 people, in 5 bedrooms, spread over 3 levels and is completely independent with an exclusive garden, a swimming pool and parking.
The main entrance to the villa is on the first level in the main living area (about 76 sqm), which includes a large living room (sitting room - dining room) with fireplace, integrated electric stove and a WC.
From the marble stairs, you can reach the upper level (about 54 sqm), which includes two bedrooms with wooden floors and a shared bathroom.
The swimming pool level of the residence (about 125 sq.m), has an additional entrance and is connected with the living area with an internal staircase made of marble. It includes 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with sun-lounge above the pool, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room and a separate toilet.
