TENUTA QUARRATA

Tenuta Quarrata is a residence dating back to the late 1700s located on a hill adjacent to the small town of Santo Pietro Belvedere in the province of Pisa.The property is surrounded by a centuries-old park and several hectares of land planted with olive trees. farmhouse in ancient times constituted a rural structure, completed over time with the expansion of the villa and the construction of the church.The underground cellar dating back to the Etruscan period, suggests that in that period they were tombs excavated by the Etruscan civilization, then expanded over the years to be used in the rural period as a storage for wine and oil, having the ideal climatic conditions for the maintenance of these products.

N.1 four-room apartment (5 beds and two bathrooms)

N.5 two-room apartments (2 beds + 2 in the sofa bed)

N.3 two-room apartments with mezzanine (4 beds each)

N.5 three-room apartments (4 beds + 2 in the sofa bed)

N. 3 Superior three-room apartments (4 beds + 4 on the sofa bed)

-Etrusco apartment * in villa (4 beds + 2 on the sofa bed)

-Tuscania apartment * in villa (4 beds +4 on the sofa bed and two bathrooms)

* By villa we mean the union of the Etrusco + Tuscania apartments are not communicating but are on the same floor and are connected to each other by a corridor

Services: Wi-Fi available in all apartments and outside. 

Available to customers is a large common room, the common room is only the dining room, with a capacity of 56 seats, reaching a maximum of 62 seats by joining a neighboring small room, but not the professional kitchen which remains for the exclusive use of the staff at an extra cost.
