Description

Tenuta Pavesiana 1709 is located on the hill of Santo Stefano Belbo, at the border between Langhe and Monferrato, in a beautiful landscape rich in vineyards and woods. Its strategic location makes it the perfect place for experiential stays focused on sports and yoga, food and wine, art and culture, exploring the landscapes, and enjoying wellness and relaxation. A noble rural residence from the 18th century, it opens up to a new concept of luxury hospitality: the comfort of a 5-star hotel within the welcoming and warm atmosphere of a historic private home, where nothing is standardized, and elegance thrives on details. Six unique suites, with enchanting views of the hills, offer personalized hospitality characterized by authenticity, refinement, and charm. The large inner courtyard has a square structure surrounded by stone walls and low walls. The pathways are gravel or grass, with various "environments" characterized by pergolas, gazebos, benches or sofas, and chairs, even amidst the vegetable garden: in each environment, one can enjoy different perspectives with a 180-degree view of the hills, inviting exploration and surprise. At the end of the courtyard, on the terrace at the level bordered by Luserna stones, there is the unheated pool and next to it a small building with a Technogym gym. Sustainability, Inclusivity, and Wellness are the foundations of the project's choices and are made daily to welcome guests with Love and Passion, without barriers or prejudices, and welcoming every form of expression and free thought. To limit environmental impact, we make conscious choices. We encourage guests to find alternative entertainment in the library, in the yoga room, or simply to chat in the indoor and outdoor lounges, savoring the pleasure of slow time.

Tenuta Pavesiana 1709 hosts 6 suites, in addition to a courtyard, gym, pool, cellars, rooms, and lounges that offer recreational and event spaces. A historic private residence that opens up to hospitality, where every detail is unique and consistent with the authenticity of the place.

La Bella Estate La Bella Estate is on the ground floor and overlooks both the shared courtyard and a private courtyard. The room is very spacious, with a four-poster bed and vaulted ceiling enhanced by designer lighting. Large windows frame green hills of vineyards and meadows. It has a French sofa bed that allows for 2 extra beds. The bathroom is bright, with a comfortable walk-in shower.

Il Diavolo sulle Colline At the entrance, the monumental tub seems immersed in a garden. The sitting area houses the library and a French sofa bed. The large bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard and the hills. The bathroom is bright and spacious, with a large walk-in shower and a giant mirror. The historic cement tiles on the floor and the decorations have a red tone: red like the passion of the book from which it takes its name.

La Spiaggia The suite is located on the first floor and is characterized by an entrance, two spacious rooms (bedroom and sitting room), and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room has frescoed ceilings, while the floor's antique stone bricks recall the colors of the earth and red. In addition to the terrace, the entire suite has a 180-degree view of the landscape of hills, woods, and garden. In the sitting room, there is a sofa bed that allows for 2 extra beds.
Tra Donne Sole Tra Donne Sole is a deluxe room on the ground floor, with an entrance from the courtyard and a view of the Valle Tinella. The bold geometry of the ancient cement tiles contrasts with the softness of the original frescoes on the vaulted ceilings. The room also has an original 19th-century ceramic stove, on which delicate table books are offered for reading. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower.

Paesi Tuoi A room on the first floor, with an entrance from the sitting room. The pink color on the walls and the modern vanity, combined with the early 19th-century bed and wardrobe, make the room particularly intimate, while the window offers a view of the rolling hills and the vast sky. In the anteroom, a monumental mirror reflects the light and changes the room's perspective.

La Luna e i Falò It is a very large and bright room, with three windows framing the iconic hills of the Langhe. The room is accessed from the common sitting room, the furniture is antique wood, reinterpreted in a modern key. The theme is anthracite and black, in an almost cinematic, gothic, timeless atmosphere. The wooden parquet is original from the 18th century, warm to the eye and heart. The bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, opens onto a private balcony, offering yet another different view of the hills.
