Brand-new, quiet and modernly furnished apartment of about 120 sq.mt with a double living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on the third floor (with elevator) in a prestigious building with porter in the “Tridente”, a sought-after district in Rome city centre.

The apartment offers an elegant and refined atmosphere. Guests are welcomed into a bright double living room with dining area: here you find two comfortable sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a TV corner and a crystal dining table seating up to 6 people.
From the windows in both the living and the dining room you have ample views of Via della Vite.

The kitchen is modernly equipped and comes with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, fridge and microwave.

The night area is composed of:
- a master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm X 190 cm) overlooking Via della Vite, which comprises a study corner with desk and a cosy sitting area featuring an armchair, TV and a wall closet
- a second bedroom comprising two single beds, a small bedside table, TV set and a wall closet; this room does not have views of the street, but it looks out onto the back of the building
- two bathrooms, both featuring an antique piece of furniture: the first one is equipped with tub and hand shower, whilst the second one comes with shower stall.

Area
The apartment is located in a very prestigious district in Rome historic centre: this is the perfect starting point to reach Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), the Trevi Fountain, Montecitorio (the Italian Parliament) and the Ara Pacis.
In Via di Propaganda Fide, in Trevi District, you find the Propaganda Fide palace: property of the Holy Sea, it is home to the XVII-century Baroque Magi church, planned by Francesco Borromini and devoted to the Christ worshipped by the three Re Magi. The palace overlooks the stunning Piazza di Spagna.

At about 350 meters you find the San Silvestro in Capite Church, in Piazza di San Silvestro, whilst opposite the apartment is the Marco Aurelio Column, which was built between 176 and 192 to celebrate the defeat of the German tribes by the Roman emperor Marco Aurelio.

Within walking distance is also the stunning Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps), Trinità dei Monti and the museum entitled to the English poets Keats and Shelley.
All around there are Rome’s main shopping streets -Via Frattina, Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti- that attract tourists from all around the world thanks to their elegant structure, the refined boutiques of the main fashion brands, the jewelleries and the precious restaurants.

Public transports
At about 400 meters you find subway stop Spagna (line A); at approx. 650 meters there is subway stop Barberini (line A). Close to the apartment you also find bus line n° 116 (Terminal Gianicolo).
