Located on the ground floor, of a building on via dei Fossi: street known for its boutiques and antique shops. Along this street the guest can also find the Central Garage which makes getting to the apartment by car very easy. Thanks to its two terraces it is ideal for those who love a pleasant evening of relaxation after visiting the magnificent city of Florence. Just ten minutes walking the guest will reach the main cultural attractions of Florence and many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment (200 m² / 2152 ft²) has 3 bedrooms, can host up to 8 people and has 3 bathrooms. At the entrance the guest will find alarge and spacious entrance hall that will amaze you with its decor. Continuing on the left there is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower in lovely orange marble. From this room a french door opens out into the courtyard: it's ideal for relaxing after a long day. After the first bedroom the guest will find the spacious living room that, despite there being no windows is quite bright thanks to the many lights. This room also boasts a large flat screen television. From this large room a door leads into the well equipped kitchen and the living room which is bright thanks to the large patio door that leads out onto the inner courtyard, perfect for outdoor lunches or aperitifs. There are two further bedrooms, each one has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the two bedrooms has access to a further courtyard. Ideal for a family or a group of friends for short term rentals. It is ideal for anyone who wants to live in absolute comfort, within walking distance of a garage and who dream of relaxation and culture.

The apartment is located within Duomo district in Florence’s historic city centre. The Duomo area constitutes the very heart of Florence and the area takes its name from Brunelleschi’s magnificent dome on the wonderful Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. The Duomo neighbourhood offers an array of beautiful historical buildings and superb piazzas including the Mercato di San Lorenzo, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its attractive cafes, patisserie shops, live music, street performers and caricature artists. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the city’s main cultural attractions, notably Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello Palace and Casa Buonarroti, the former home of Michelangelo, not to mention the Uffizi Gallery and the museum dedicated to the city’s cathedral “Museo dell'Opera del Duomo”.
The area also has much to offer in terms of fine dining and exclusive boutique shopping.
