RESIDENZA GHINO

The apartment (6+2 sleeps) is characterized by being on 3 levels, the last of which is occupied by the wonderful terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the rooftops of the center of Venice, until you see the bell tower of S Marco on one side and the lagoon on the other.
On the first level, fourth floor, there is the sleeping area, consisting of:
- three very bright bedrooms with double beds (can be split into single beds on request)
- two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a shower and a washing machine and the second one has an emotional shower with a Turkish bath and chromotherapy function
On the upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, opens a scenic living area flooded with natural light coming from the windows that cover the entire wall. Here they find space:
- relaxation area with double sofa bed and two armchairs
- fully equipped open kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka and kettle and a table for 6 people
- service bathroom with sink and toilet

Passing through a first terrace, through a staircase leads to the 70sqm terrace with double exposure. In summer, the terrace is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the starry sky or a dinner with friends.
