Independent residence sleeping 10 + 3, divided into three apartments.

Istrice sleeps 6 on the ground floor large living room/ kitchen with dishwasher, oven and satellite TV, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and exit to the garden, a passage double bedroom with kitchenette  

Il Nibbio sleeps 2 + 1 on the first floor living room with sofa bed and kitchen with oven, a double bedroom with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower.

Il Grifo sleeps 2 + 2 on the first floor living room with two single sofa beds, satellite TV and kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor of the farmhouse, with a separate entrance, a large communal relaxation lounge with an aesthetic-only fireplace, piano, hifi system and large satellite TV. The living room cannot be used for dining, as a room used for lunches and dinners for groups up to 13 people will be used the room of the Istrice apartment.
