SECURITY DEPOSIT: At arrival, we need a credit card as a guarantee, for any damage.
Technical equipment: Wi-Fi, fridge with freezer, dish washer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, international channels, CD stereo, mobile fans for the bedrooms, window screens, hair dryer, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.

PRICE INCLUDES
Welcome pack including: milk, cereal, sliced bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, and biscuits, in addition to a bottle of wine, a salami, a loaf of fresh bread, water and a little bottle of our Extra virgin olive oil.

Should you rent an accommodation for more than 1 week, on Saturday the house will be cleaned and all the linen will be changed."

Soaps and detergents Your house will be provided with herbal toiletry in every bathroom, washing up liquid and new sponge, dishwasher detergent, soap powder for the washing machine, toilet paper, detergent for the bathrooms to set you off. Should you need more during your stay you will need to buy them
EXTRA CHARGES
Central heating The cost of central heating is calculated according to use. The average cost for one week goes from € 250 to € 600 according to the outdoor temperature and the amount of time the heating is turned on.
Dining room Dining room and professional kitchen for large groups are available in the main estate for separate rental in case of family celebrations, group activities or courses.

Pets Not allowed in the houses
City Tax € 1 per person/day

Extra services on request: cooking service - dinner delivery, shopping delivery, housekeeping 15,00€ hour

Tennis: Guests staying at the villa are also welcome to come over to meeting point ( few distance from the house) and enjoy both the playground and the tennis court.

HOUSE RULES: This is non smoking house, please only smoke outside. Please also avoid food in the bedrooms as organic wastes attract insects such as ants.
