On the ground floor is the apartment 'Il Carlino', equipped with a kitchen with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From this room you can access the garden directly.
Still on the ground floor there is a spacious living room of 70 sqm with a large fireplace. A series of bows divides this room into three parts: living room, dining area and, in the center, in front of the fireplace, a glass door framing a beautiful panorama.
From the dining area you access a corridor leading to the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom equipped for handicapped and a porch with fireplace, usable as a barbecue, and a large table. From the kitchen you access a breakfast room and a window door directly outside the garden.
On the first floor is the 'Rust Room' with bathroom with shower and study. The 'Studiolo' has a mezzanine with two single beds under the roof, ideal for children. The 'Green Room' follows the bathroom with bathtub. From the corridor we access a living room with a large fireplace and access to two bedrooms. To the left is the 'Rosa Room' with a complete bathroom divided into two parts: on a mezzanine there is a bathtub and a sink, while under the mezzanine there is a wardrobe and a toilet with washbasin. To the right of the living room is the 'Azzurra Camera' with a double bed which can be divided into two single beds. A small walk-in access to a full bath with shower.
The house has a porch that features a fireplace on the back wall and a large table ideal for dining in good weather. Under a grove of acacia there is another stone table where you can enjoy the surrounding countryside. The garden offers a variety of typically Mediterranean aromatic plants.
