Five well-appointed houses and two apartments are available for holidays, which can accommodate up to 34 guests. Each house is decorated to a five-star standard by internationally renowned interior designers, David Mlinaric and Hugh Henry.

Villa Melissa sleeps 8 is a large villa located within its own private garden. It has the advantage of a beautiful swimming pool with pool and gearbox and shower. There is also a covered area for al fresco dining. This property, like all Fighine properties, has been completely restored but has retained all the original architectural features of a Tuscan home, with its dome-shaped ceilings, color-washed walls and stone floors. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture and attractive rugs. Wonderful images hang on the walls. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all luxuriously furnished with Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. The villa has a master bedroom suite with two dressing rooms, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All rooms have a private bathroom with separate shower and bath. There is a study, living room with fireplace, library / hall and a dining room with a table that can seat 14. The kitchen is fully equipped. Casa Janine 6 beds has stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. It has its own private pool and garden with long stretches of lawn, a pergola covered with vines and an abundance of rosemary, agapanthus, lavender and roses. There is a lovely terrace for outdoor dining with a table that seats 12. The house, with its beamed ceilings, kelim-covered stone floors, terracotta tiles and color-washed walls in authentic colors, it is full of beautiful antiques. It has a large cozy living room with a working fireplace, a splendid semicircular studio, part of the tower, a dining room for 12 which is wonderful in candlelight and a well-equipped kitchen with American fridge / ice. There is a small wine cellar, perfect for keeping the wine cool. There is a master bedroom suite with a dressing room. The private bathroom has a large Victorian bathroom, a large walk in shower and double marble upper baths. Furnished and decorated by the main Italian designer, Federico Forquet, each apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom, dressing room and living room. Apartment 1 has a terrace overlooking the garden. It has air conditioning, television, WiFi, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Meals can be served in the apartment or restaurant.
