On the ground floor, from the inner court, you can access the large Sala della Torre with a stone barrel vault, which can accommodate up to 40 people; in the center of the Court opens the Professional Kitchen; to the left of the Court one enters the entrance of the Castle to the left of which opens the Dining Room and breakfast with fireplace with bas-reliefs in pietra serena. A covered passage connects the Castle to the First Floor of the Foresteria with the presence of 5 rooms (one double with two double beds and bathroom with Jacuzzi, 3 with double bed and bathroom with shower and one with two single beds and Jacuzzi), of these two have bathrooms for the disabled, while, on the ground floor of the guesthouse, there is a games room and billiards on one side and the service area with laundry and ironing room with a washing machine and dryer on the other.
From the Scalone del Castello you can access the first floor of the same with a large living room with a fireplace connected to the external terrace above the circular bastion, next to Salottino Biblioteca also with large fireplace: both the ground floor and the first floor are served by a plant of floor heating. The seventeenth-century staircase leads to the Second Floor of the Castle which houses 5 Superior Rooms all with bathrooms; the first on the right has a large bathtub in the bedroom with a double bed; the second has 3 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub; the third on the left has a four-poster double bed and a bathroom with shower; entering the Tower there are two bedrooms, the first with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub and the second with a four-poster double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The ancient stone spiral staircase of the Middle Ages gives access to the third floor of the Tower entirely occupied by the Suite with a large double bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi inside it. Finally, a spiral staircase in wrought iron and wood allows access to the top floor of the Tower entirely occupied by the second Suite: inside there is ample space for the double bed and the bathroom with shower. Both Suites are served by a floor heating system.
From the perimeter Bastion of the Castle there is also access to the Attic of the Foresteria (equipped with air conditioning) inside which two rooms have been obtained, each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower: at the entrance there is a large area with sitting area and equipped kitchen.
The whole complex is surrounded by a large, secular park of Pini, Querce and Tigli of 3 hectares enclosed within which on its top there is a garden with an outdoor swimming pool, solarium and attached dressing room with bathroom and showers. A large car park at the entrance to the park allows private vehicles and coaches to be parked while the structure is equipped with free mountain bykes to be used inside the property where a network of trails for trekking and biking has been created with signs and arrows. reporting.

In the area of the outdoor pool the same (7 x 14 m, depth from 1 m to 2 m) is surrounded by a stone solarium with deck chairs and beds in wrought iron, beverage trolley, stone wardrobe, umbrellas and electrical system with lighting perimeter; the entrance to the pool has an external shower and a special foot-washing basin; next to the pool there is a little cottage used as a dressing room with internal bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower; the area of the garden overlooking the Tower is equipped with outdoor lighting, garden chairs and tables and table tennis table as well as a pitch for bowls. There are n. 10 mountain bykes to be used inside the property.

light lunch and dinner services: in addition to breakfast it is possible to organize light lunch and dinner services with a cook and waiter for up to 30/35 people, choosing dishes from a menu or based on specific customer requests; for dinners you can alternatively use catering services. The kitchen and the adjoining dining room can also be used for cooking classes and wine tasting. The inner court can be used for outdoor dinners, parties with music or small shows (Operetta 800 and Ballets in costume of the '400 with musical accompaniment). The annexed Chapel dedicated to religious ceremonies is also available to customers.
