CAN RIERA DE LA PINEDA

The current residence was built on a previous Roman villa and recently restored with particular care in highlighting the archaeologic pre-existences. It is surrounded by woods, meadows and mountains, presided over by the Castillo de Monsoliu 30km from the Costa Brava and bordering the Monseny Natural Park. For the restoration, traditional materials and artisan techniques of the current owner were used, an internationally recognized artist has created oil and acrylic paintings to decorate the rooms.

Independent villa sleeping 18 on the ground floor composed of a large living room with fireplace and TV, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with their own bathroom, a twin and a double bedroom with a shared bathroom and a double bedroom with an external bathroom; a library / study with internet connection and TV.
