VILLA MERAVIGLIA

New exclusive and prestigious house, Villa Meraviglia is built within an estate of 20 hectares and is part of the restoration of a traditional Umbrian architectural complex, which includes other villas.
The villa is immersed in a beautiful hilly landscape halfway between Perugia and Todi and guarantees its guests total privacy, within a private fenced area of 3000sqm.

Thanks to its position, it enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of the Umbrian hills of the Middle Tiber Valley.
The entire outdoor area is furnished with lounges, umbrellas, outdoor table and chairs, a large flat area where you can play ball (a regular basketball hoop is available on request).
The scenic private infinity pool measures 6 × 12 m and offers chromotherapy and a large hydromassage area equipped with immersion beds; the tub is plastered so as to return a pleasant sensation to the touch. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, sofas, umbrellas and a solar shower.

Inside the estate, where you can find other villas, there is a wellness area, in a well isolated position. Guests of Villa Meraviglia can access it exclusively - in the established time slots (extra charge applies).
The wellness center is equipped with a heated jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, aromatherapy shower. music, air conditioning and a gym. The wellness center is accessed directly from the garden where guests can sunbathe, enjoy herbal teas, read a book or simply relax.
The particular windows that surround it create the sensation of being surrounded by nature while being in the hydromassage pool.

The Villa

The Villa is 100sqm and occupies only the ground floor of the house, totally accessible and usable by the disabled.
The house consists of a living area with kitchen and two bedrooms: a suite with king-size beds and bathroom and a double bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom. Both bathrooms have a double shower. The rooms have direct access to the outdoor area.
The villa is located within an area of ​​3000 square meters fenced and closed by automated gates. The parking spaces are protected by a canopy.
The Villa is characterized by particularly modern equipment: access control via home automation, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV in the bedrooms, heating, kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric shutters.
The villa can accommodate 5 guests in real beds - king-size beds - plus two persons on a sofa bed in the living area on request.
The splendid garden offers a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view.
The villa is fully usable and barrier-free even in the external grounds completely accessible, easily with strollers, walking aids and wheelchairs.
Accessibility includes the entrance to the swimming pool, the barbeque area and also the direct access from the outside to the bathroom of the suite.
