VILLA LUCE

Villa Luce  is a charming villa for 8 people, set on three floors, and with direct access to the sea. The Villa is around 250 square meters in size and has private parking, direct access to the sea, a private panoramic terrace with sea view, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. From Villa Luce you will enjoy an amazing view of both the sea and the Island of Capri.

Located in a magical place, with a breath-taking view of the sea, and just a few steps from the beach, Villa Luce is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
You’ll be around 1 km away from the centre of Massa Lubrense, a characteristic village on the Sorrentine Peninsula, and about 500 metres from the village of Marina della Lobra which will win you over with its typical bars and restaurants.
Sorrento, a more touristy and lively place, with its alleyways and excellent ice cream parlours, is less than 4 km away. And for those who love the nightlife and local shopping there is Positano, around 25 km away.
The closest supermarket is 800 metres from the villa, and you may have your groceries home-delivered.
The closest bus stop is around 800 metres from the villa, although we recommend using a car. You will be able to park for free in the parking space provided (space for 1 vehicle).

There are no steps from the parking area to the villa.

DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SEA
There is a flight of 12 steps from floor -2 to the sea. At the base of the steps is a public area where you will have the use of two sun loungers and four deck chairs.

THE VILLA

GROUND FLOOR (10 steps from the villa entrance)
THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you’ll enjoy a view of the sea and of the unforgettable island of Capri. You access the terrace from the living room.
THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright. Here you will find a sofa, chairs, a television, and a dining table for 8 people. The room is fitted with air conditioning/heating. From the living room you will be able to access the first terrace through the French windows.
THE KITCHEN is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, and coffee machine. The kitchen is accessed from the living room.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half-bathroom containing a toilet, sink, and bidet, and is accessed from the living room.

FLOOR -1 (down 15 steps from the ground floor)
THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with a table and three deck chairs. From here you can enjoy a view of the sea and the unforgettable island of Capri. You can access the terrace from the first and second bedrooms.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and air conditioning/heating. From here you can get to the second terrace through the French windows. Access to the bedroom is through the corridor.
THE FIRST BATHROOM, adjacent to the first bedroom, is fitted with a toilet, sink, bidet, bathtub with wall-fitted shower head, and hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed, television, and air conditioning/heating. From the bedroom you can access the second terrace through the French windows. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is next to the second bedroom and is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub with wall-mounted shower head, and hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

FLOOR -2 (down 15 steps from FLOOR -1)
THE THIRD TERRACE is equipped with a table and chairs and from here you can enjoy a view of the sea and the unforgettable island of Capri. You can access the terrace from the third and fourth bedrooms.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains one double bed and air conditioning/heating. From the bedroom you can access the third terrace through the French windows. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE THIRD BATHROOM is next to the third bedroom and is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains one double bed, a television, air conditioning, and heating. From the bedroom you can access the third terrace through the French windows. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BATHROOM is next to the fourth bedroom and is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer. You access the bathroom from the corridor.
