Living room with fireplace / dining area with access to the terrace with roll-up curtain furnished with two twin tables where you can eat outside; two small flights of stairs lead to the three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a bathtub and two with a shower); from the dining area you enter the kitchen with oven and dishwasher and the bathroom. From the kitchen, a spiral staircase leads to the floor below, with four bedrooms (one double with a walk-in closet, two singles and one triple) and three bathrooms, a pantry with a fridge.

Fenced garden on various levels with pines, holm oaks, rosemary, oleanders and agaves, two stone staircases on the two opposite sides of the property allow easy access to the beach below, large terraces on the east and north sides of the house, washing machine, satellite TV, safe , barbecue, garage for two cars and additional external parking. The view from the garden and from the east terrace embraces the La Rocca fort, the Feniglia beach, the Ansedonia promontory, the islet and the Punta Avoltore.
NB The maximum capacity of the house is for 12 people.
